Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- sprinkle nutmeg
- 3/4 cup cheese
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Mix in flour.
Slowly add in milk.
Cook a few minutes until thick - stirring constantly.
Add nutmeg.
Add cheese until melted.
